About Kimberley

Kimberley is a certified Personal Trainer from Tafe Queensland. Dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, Kimberley specialises in a range of areas, including weight loss, mobility, strength building, writing programs, youth athlete development, and overall health improvement. Kimberley has worked with a diverse range of clients, spanning from beginners to advanced athletes ages 16-65, with varied fitness goals, and her expertise lies in crafting personalised fitness plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they are effective, achievable and sustainable.

Kimberley also works alongside youth athletes to help them develop and advance in their sports, and has a passion for working with NDIS participants.

  • Kimberley’s approach to fitness emphasises balance, consistency, and enjoyment, aiming to create a positive and empowering experience for clients. Kimberley educates her clients on maintaining balance in their lives through healthy habits and property recovery to promote long term success.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III & IV in Fitness

  • CPR & First Aid Certified

  • First-Class Honours Degree in Business with Marketing
